Background
Before starting with us, Nikwax had a well established brand in the outdoor waterproofing category but mainly in bricks and mortar stores. They had struggled for years with Amazon Vendor and needed someone to help guide them to the same success they saw in physical stores.
Challenge
Nikwax’s category is a very competitive market – with big brands holding prime ranking on Amazon. We needed to make Nikwax products stand out to show the features, benefits and values that made them successful in “bricks and mortar” retail.
Actions
Using new A+ and store front content, we have
developed impactful Amazon content that matches
Nikwax’s website and visual assets.
Achievements
These changes have driven results – for example conversion rate on the pictured ASIN has increased from 6.94% in 2022 to a current 25.37% (almost 4x improvement).
