Background
Bravich came to us with a vision of wanting to grow their product library and sales, having navigated Amazon for years and not getting the success they had previously wanted.
Challenge
The initial target was to improve advertising performance in multiple challenging categories with a large inventory.
Actions
Because of the size of the catalogue, we had to optimise and work through large campaign groups finding keyword quality and removing poor performing search terms, building the correct campaign structure allowed us to look and make better decisions for their range.
Achievements
Our process has allowed us to focus their total advertising cost of sale down (TACOS) to 3.7% and ACOS of 13.9%, both beating industry averages, … and growing revenue by £750,000 at zero additional cost.
